TICKETS: 156,000 Hospital Home Lottery tickets are available for purchase. Single tickets are available for $100 each, packages of three tickets available for $250, packages of five tickets available for $375 and packages of ten tickets available for $700. Persons must be 18 years of age to purchase a ticket and the name of a person under 18 years of age may not be written on the ticket due to requirements of the Public Trustee Act. Tickets intended for Alberta residents only. Restrictions apply. All ticket purchases are final; refunds are not available. Tickets will be sold using an Electronic Raffle System (ERS).

PRIZES: 1,504 prizes will be awarded. All prizes awarded are new product. The following prizes offer a cash alternative; all remaining prizes must be accepted as awarded with no cash equivalencies available:

  1.  VIP Prize – 2024 Land Rover Defender or $85,000 Cash
  2. Bonus Prize – 2024 Porsche 911 Carrera or $150,000 Cash
  3. 2024 Ford F-150 Lightning Lariat or 2024 Porsche Cayenne or $100,000 Cash
  4. 2024 Audi Q4 e-tron or 2023 BMW M340i xDrive or $80,000 Cash
  5. Mallorca or Grand Cayman or $14,000 Cash
  6. Sand Diego or Palm Springs or $6,000 Cash
  7. Banff and Lake Louise or Kananaskis Nordic Spa or $4,000 Cash

All prize winners have one year from the date of the draw to claim their prize. Where applicable, airfare for vacation prizes is from the Calgary International Airport. Winners of prizes that offer a cash alternative will be required to confirm their choice in writing within 5 business days of notification of their prize winning; after five days the winner will be provided with the cash alternative.

Approximate total retail value of prizes is $5,205,526 (including GST). Only prizes advertised with a cash alternative are eligible to receive cash in lieu of the prize. Grand Prize real estate value: 41 Pike Bay, Rocky View - valued at $3,100,000. Early Bird real estate value: Unit # 103 – 1408 Spring Creek Gate, Spring Creek, Canmore - The Timberstone Mountain Lodge - valued at $1,289,000 (including GST). Due to housing market fluctuations, the market value of the real estate prizes may rise or diminish over time. Winner or charity is not entitled to the difference, if any, between the stated and actual market value at the time the prize is awarded. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated. Prize values shown are approximate retail values as of the date contracts were negotiated with suppliers.

DEADLINES/DRAW DATES: All draws will take place at the office of MNP LLP located at 2000-330 5th Ave SW, Calgary. All draws will be open to the public.

Draw Order: The first draw will be for the VIP Prize, the second draw will be for the Bonus Prize, the third draw will be for the Early Bird Prize. Thereafter, draws are made in order of ascending retail value. After each draw, the winner's name and ticket number is recorded and the ticket number remains eligible for the next draw(s). Each ticket purchased before the VIP deadline will be eligible for all 1,504 draws. Tickets purchased after the VIP deadline but before the Bonus deadline will be eligible for the remaining 1,503 draws. Tickets purchased after the Bonus deadline but before the Early Bird deadline will be eligible for the remaining 1,502 draws. Tickets purchased after the Early Bird deadline will be eligible for the remaining 1,501 draws.

Tickets sold by the VIP Prize sales deadline: All tickets sold by Midnight, February 9, 2024 will be eligible for the VIP draw on March 26, 2024. The draw will take place at 11:00 a.m. at the offices of MNP LLP located at 2000-330 5th Ave SW, Calgary.

Tickets sold by the Bonus Prize sales deadline: All tickets sold by Midnight, March 15, 2024 will be eligible for the Bonus draw on March 26, 2024. The draw will take place at 11:00 a.m. at the offices of MNP LLP located at 2000-330 5th Ave SW, Calgary.

Tickets sold by the Early Bird Prize sales deadline: In the event that all tickets are sold by the Early Bird deadline of Midnight, April 12, 2024 then all remaining draws would be held April 23, 2024 beginning at 8:30 a.m. at the offices of MNP LLP located at 2000-330 5th Ave SW, Calgary. The first draw would be for the Early Bird prize, which would be followed by 1,501 preliminary draws, drawn in order of retail value beginning with the prizes of least retail value. 

Tickets sold after the Early Bird Prize sales deadline: all tickets sold after the Early Bird Prize deadline but before the Final deadline of Midnight, May 3, 2024, will be eligible for all remaining draws on May 14, 2024. Prizes will be drawn in order of ascending retail value. The draw will take place at 8:30 a.m. at the offices of MNP LLP located at 2000-330 5th Ave SW, Calgary.

If all tickets are sold by Midnight, April 12, 2024 possession date and title transfer for the Grand Prize Showhome will be May 10, 2024. The title transfer for the Canmore Early Bird prize will be May 10, 2024.

If all tickets are not sold by Midnight, April 12, 2024 possession date and title transfer for the Grand Prize Showhome will be June 7, 2024.

All draws will be made as stated, even in the event of a power outage. An extension of draw dates or cancellation of raffle would only be requested from the Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis Commission in the unlikely event of a natural disaster or catastrophic event.

Prize draws follow a strict set of procedures with licensing approval from the licensing body (AGLC). Draw control will be provided by the ERS Administrator.

Only tickets that have been paid for, and verified as paid for, are eligible for the respective draw/s.

Winning ticket numbers will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system. Should a technical issue arise where the RNG is not available for use, a manual draw will be conducted.

A draw will only be deemed valid and complete upon final confirmation and recording by the ERS Administrator. 

All winners of prizes will be notified by the accounting firm of MNP LLP as to what they have won and how to claim their prize.

Top prize winners will be announced on the lottery website on April 23 or May 16, 2024.

On May 7 or May 28, 2024 a full list of winners will be published online at FoothillsHospitalHomeLottery.com. 

Official Ticket(s) and Prize notification letter will be addressed to the primary ticket holder only and emailed to the email address provided by the ticket purchaser. In the event a winning ticket is held in more than one name, it is the responsibility of the primary ticket holder to share winning information with those parties. If any disputes arise, neither the licensed charity nor AGLC is responsible for any disputes among the individuals whose names are written on the ticket stub.

UNCLAIMED PRIZES: In the event a winner has not claimed their prize after a one-year period from the applicable draw date and after several attempts have been made to contact that winner, then that prize will be returned to the lottery management committee for other charitable use by the Calgary Health Foundation upon AGLC approval.

GENERAL: The liability of the licensee of this lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket(s).

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to allow us, the Calgary Health Foundation, and its licensed gaming suppliers providing services to this program, the right, if you are a prize winner, to use and publicly disclose your name, municipality of residence, image, photograph and likeness as a prize winner in any means required by the terms of our lottery license and/or that we consider appropriate for purposes of administering and promoting the lottery, without notice, review or approval or additional compensation to you.

No refunds will be issued after the commencement of the draws. Winners of real estate prizes will be required to sign a Full & Final Release prior to the home being transferred.

Personal information collected will be used to fulfill ticket orders, provide information on our future lotteries, contact prize winners and publicize the names of prize winners.

All prizes are accepted “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Foundation Board shall have no obligation to any prize winner to provide or enforce any warranty or other right offered by any third-party provider of any prize. Any such warranty that may be provided by any third-party provider of any prize will be between the prize winner and such third-party provider of any prize.

The following, including their spouse and any related or dependent person residing in the same household are prohibited from purchasing a ticket: Calgary Health Foundation employees, Board members and Development Council members, the raffle manager and their employees and the partners and employees of the professional services firm of MNP LLP.

50/50 Add-On® Rules & Regulations

TICKETS: 476,366 50/50 Add-On tickets are available for purchase. Single tickets are available for $25 each, packages of five tickets are available for $50 and packages of fifteen tickets are available for $75.

Persons must be 18 years of age to purchase a ticket and the name of a person under 18 years of age may not be written on the ticket due to requirements of the Public Trustee Act.

Tickets intended for Alberta residents only. Restrictions apply.

The following, including their spouse and any related or dependent person residing in the same household are prohibited from purchasing a ticket: Calgary Health Foundation employees, Board members and Development Council members, the raffle manager and their employees and the partners and employees of the professional services firm of MNP LLP.

Tickets will be sold using an Electronic Raffle System (ERS).

All ticket purchases are final; refunds are not available.  

PRIZE: 1 prize will be awarded. The payout for the 50/50 Add-On prize will be 50% of 50/50 Add-On tickets sales.

Prize winnings will be issued by lottery cheque.

The winner will have one year from the date of the draw to claim their prize.

100 Days of Winning® Cash Calendar™ Add-On Rules
